I'm trying to get the static noise out of my c.b. radio that's in my house ?

power supply : car battery. antanna: mobile screwed to eve of house. with ground wire.

I'm trying to get the static noise out of my c.b. radio that's in my house ?
Sounds like a motor might be running and interfering with it..


If possible, put it in your mobile and see if it still does it..





If you have a noise blanker on the radio use it, it will help alittle..





Or upgrade to the FRS Family radio service...

Reply:If you have a knob on there marked RF Gain, it should be able to cut it back for you. Only turn it so far as to remove the noise, no further.


You can also get the antenna "tuned", but I doubt if you will find a tech to come to your home and do it...
