i have two ups type: ol,ol3 -380v,50hz, 10KVA,15KVA" C-Tech company"when i started the 15KVA ups the bypass static switch is closed all time and this prevents the inverter to start, it seems that there is a continous command to the bypass switch , i need a wiring diagram of the internal connection of this type of UPS.
the other problem with 10KVA ups is similar, so i need also the wiring diagram if this type
UPS manufactured by C-Tech , need wiring diagrams and trouble shooting?
Try searching C-Tech on Internet and contact there customer service dept for a drawing. Or ring their helpline.
